English: Walter Winans (1852-1920), American sculptor, horse breeder and marksman who won a gold medal in shooting sports at the Olympic Games 1908 and a silver medal in 1912, as well as a gold medal in the art competitions of the Olympic Games 1912 for his sculpture "An American Trotter"
Date Unknown date, ca. 1910 (based on date of a similar photo, see LC-DIG-ggbain-05396) and before the death of Walter Winans in 1920
