This is my user page on 'commons'. I am also reasonably active on Wikipedia itself from time to time and you may want to look at my user page on there.

Almost all of my content is uploaded as 'Public Domain' so that you can use the images for any purpose whatsoever without crediting me. I do not object to being credited, however, and you should check the licensing for individual images, because there are perhaps 2-3 which are licensed differently for various reasons. The photo of my mother's watercolour sketch by John Weeks is GFDL 1.2 licensed, for example.

A Bit About Me

I was born in New Zealand and lived for many years in Porirua, New Zealand (near Wellington), but in 2014 I moved to Ireland where I live in Fingal, an area of Dublin.

Most of my public photography is posted to Google+ at https://google.com/+AndrewMcMillan/photos.

I am very open to any requests for files that might be useful in the Wikimedia Commons project, so please send me an e-mail if there is something there which you would like me to upload, or add the request as a comment on the image.
