Dezember 1950 in Stuttgart) ist ein deutscher Gesundheits- und Sozialwissenschaftler mit Professuren für Gesundheits- und Sozialmanagement in Bamberg und Bielefeld, Professur für Sozialpädagogik und Management, Köln, Lehrender für Soziologie und Sozialmedizin an den Universitäten Bonn, Koblenz-Landau, Campus Koblenz und Konstanz, an der hsg - Hochschule für Gesundheit Bochum, assoziiertes Mitglied am Institut für Soziologie, Universität Koblenz-Landau, Campus Koblenz und international am College/University of Health Science, Casablanca, Marokko. Seine Hauptarbeitsgebiete sind Public Health, Sozialmedizin und Soziologie.
