- Edward „Ed“ J. Repka ist ein US-amerikanischer Künstler aus New York, der vor allem durch die Gestaltung von Heavy- und Thrash-Metal-Schallplattencovern berühmt geworden ist. Er schloss mit cum laude die Parsons The New School for Design ab, mit einem Bachelor in Illustration. Repka (born October 22, 1960) is an American graphic artist, best known for creating album covers for metal bands as well as shirt designs, including those featuring Megadeth's mascot Vic Rattlehead. Repka's portfolio also includes Dark Angel's logo and model designs for the Hellraiser films. He works for the National Entertainment Collectibles Association as their lead painter and head of art direction. Repka's artwork based on the original Universal Studios film The Wolf Man was used as the cover art for the first issue of horror magazine HorrorHound. Repka admits that despite being known as the "King of Thrash Metal Art," he is not a big fan of the genre. He is more into the punk genre like the Misfits. (en)

Znany jest przede wszystkim jako twórca okładek do wydawnictw muzycznych dla amerykańskiego zespołu thrashmetalowego Megadeth. Jego prace znalazły się na singlach Holy Wars... The Punishment Due (1990) i Hangar 18 (1990) oraz albumach Peace Sells... But Who’s Buying? (1986) i Rust in Peace (1990) tegoż zespołu. Repka tworzył ponadto okładki do albumów muzycznych m.in. takim zespołom jak: Circle Jerks, Misfits, Venom, Atheist, Dark Angel, Death, Killjoy, Massacre, Merciless Death, Nuclear Assault, Possessed, Toxik oraz , a także dla młodszych metalowych zespołów: 3 Inches of Blood, Suicidal Angels, , , Whiplash, .
