- JFK Reloaded ist ein Ego-Shooter des schottischen Spieleentwicklers Traffic Games. Spielinhalt ist die möglichst detailgetreue Rekonstruktion des Attentates auf John F. Kennedy am 22. November 1963. Dabei spielen Zeitpunkt und Einschussstelle der drei Schüsse eine Rolle in der Punktevergabe. Je realistischer und historisch korrekter die Schüsse fallen, desto höher ist der Endpunktestand. Das Spiel ist nur per Download erhältlich und kostete bei der ersten Veröffentlichung am 21. November 2004 9,99 US$. In der Spielversion 1.0 gab es die Spieloption „Competition Run“, mit der der Hersteller Spielverläufe und Highscores für einen Wettbewerb aufzeichnete. Der Sieger dieses Wettbewerbs, der Franzose Stephane Krupa, erhielt einen Preis in Höhe von 10.712 US$. In der Version 1.1 entfiel dieser Punkt, zudem wurde der Preis auf 4,99 $ reduziert. (de)

Kennedy, the 35th president of the United States, according to the report of the Warren Commission. The player, controlling Lee Harvey Oswald, is tasked with recreating the three shots fired at Kennedy and gains higher scores the more accurately they line up with the report. Shots can be reviewed in slow motion and from multiple viewpoints. Traffic Games founder Kirk Ewing envisioned a small-scale simulation of a historical event after leaving VIS Entertainment. He chose Kennedy's killing over the Apollo 11 Moon landing in part due to the high amount of public domain information available on the former. A team of ten people worked in the game engine of Carmageddon to accurately recreate the event, taking several months each for research and development. Released on November 22, 2004, the 41st anniversary of the assassination, JFK Reloaded was denounced by public figures, including the spokesman for Kennedy's brother Ted. (en)

Le jeu fut publié le 22 novembre 2004 (le jour du 41e anniversaire de l'évènement) par l'entreprise écossaise (connue aussi comme Traffic Games). JFK : Reloaded met le joueur dans la peau de l'assassin de J.F. Kennedy. Le joueur est noté sur la correspondance de ses tirs avec le rapport de la Commission Warren. Un concours a été lancé permettant de remporter 100 000 dollars à celui qui parviendrait à reconstituer exactement l'attentat dont fut victime John Fitzgerald Kennedy à Dallas, Texas. Le but est de déterminer si le scénario de la commission Warren est possible. Les vainqueurs furent annoncés le 22 février 2005.

Gli autori del videogioco offrivano un premio di 10000 dollari per chi fosse riuscito a ricostruire il più fedelmente possibile l'incidente. Dopo la consegna della ricompensa il 22 febbraio 2005, il videogioco è stato nuovamente distribuito privo della competizione. Il sito ufficiale è stato chiuso nell'agosto dello stesso anno. Il titolo è stato criticato da Ted Kennedy e da numerose figure politiche statunitensi quali il governatore dell'Illinois Rod Blagojevich e i senatori Joe Lieberman e Vi Simpson.
