Jafrul Ehsan is a Bangladeshi cricket coach. He previously took part as Bangladesh's High-Performance Unit's batting coach. He worked under former English batsman Mal Loye who was the head coach. The current head coach of the HPU is Simon Helmot. He is set to work as the head coach of BPL's newbies Sylhet Sixers. He also has former national team selector Faruk Ahmed and retired pacer Hasibul Hossain Shanto as team advisor and manager respectively to support in his role.
