(ZGAP). The foundation also work on the study and protection of the endemic Philippine porcupine Hystrix pumila. They were also able to hatch an egg of the Palawan forest turtle, Siebenrockiella leytensis. The turtle is critically endangered due to illegal wildlife trade. (en)
