Shanghai Queer Film Festival, (SHQFF) (Chinese: 上海酷儿影展), established in 2017, is an annual LGBT film festival, based in Shanghai, the most populous city in China. The first festival was held from 16—24 September 2017. It is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit community event, offering 'a week of screenings, parties, workshops and discussions'. The festival is directed by founder Tingting Shi. There are two other separate and unconnected LGBT film festivals in the city, ShanghaiPRIDE Film Festival, and CINEMQ, established in 2015.
