- VTR (anteriormente conocida como VTR Cablexpress) es una empresa de origen chileno de telecomunicaciones. Provee servicios de televisión por cable, IPTV, telefonía fija, Fibra óptica, acceso a Internet y telefonía móvil a nivel nacional. Además de sus actividades principales, poseen un carrier de larga distancia (111), un servicio de arriendo de películas y series (VOD, acrónimo de VTR On Demand), y un servicio de streaming con contenido de los canales disponibles en su servicio (VTR Play). También cuenta con la Fundación VTR, creada con el objetivo de articular la acción social y cultural en el país, a través de acciones y proyectos en los que intervienen las tecnologías de la información. Desde el 14 de marzo de 2014, su propiedad está en manos en un 100% del grupo anglo-neerlandés-estadounidense Liberty Global; hasta esa fecha el grupo controlaba el 80% de la compañía y el 20% restante era del empresario Álvaro Saieh a través de VivoCorp, quien adquirió dicho porcentaje en 2010 a Ricardo Claro a través de Grupo Claro. El 2 de enero de 2018, Liberty Global separó sus operaciones en América Latina y el Caribe, creando Liberty Latin America, la cual incluye a VTR en su cartera de negocios. El 29 de septiembre de 2021, la empresa anunció su fusión con Claro Chile; esta información fue proveída por Liberty Latin América y América Móvil, matrices de ambas compañías. En octubre de 2022, la Fiscalía Nacional Económica autorizó la fusión, pero exige venta de negocio satelital. La nueva empresa conjunta se llamará ClaroVTR. (es)

It also has a small but growing participation (0.90%, as of September 2017) in the mobile phone business. It is wholly owned by following the split of Liberty Latin America from Liberty Global effective December 29, 2017; Grupo Saieh's CorpGroup previously owned 20% until March 2014 when Liberty Global acquired the remaining 20% it did not own.
