Up to 5 Miles
Thanks to the Humboldt Library Foundation, the library can now deliver to homes within 5 miles of the Eureka, Arcata, and Fortuna libraries. If you love to use the library but can't easily get to it, apply to have library materials dropped off on your doorstep!
You can ask for books, DVDs, CDs and audiobooks from anywhere in the Humboldt County Library system.
Who Can Use Library at Your Door?
This service is ideal for library-users who can't easily leave home and want deliveries on a regular weekly basis. It's open to anyone who wants delivery, lives at an address in a delivery area, and can provide a safe, dry place to leave the books. Sign up for the program in advance. You need a Humboldt County Public Library Card, and your library account must be in good standing.
