I'm going to play the hits...
I have been listening to the Rolling Stones for my entire life, and I am a dyed-in-the-wool fan. But I have only seen them in concert one time, for a very specific reason. Not the money, but because the Stones tend to play the hits. As much as I love these guys I really don’t need to hear “Jumping Jack Flash” one more time. Generally speaking, I like to hear artists play something new, rather than stick to tried and true favorites. I know that a lot of people feel differently, but there you go. Whatever sinks your sub.
Now this website usually exists to bring you the new stuff, but I‘ve decided, for a change of pace, that I am going to play some hits. My version of the hits. Basically, now and again, I am going to review books that I have read in the past, and have enjoyed so much that I feel like passing them on, to you, free of charge. So, Dear Reader, get ready for the hits. |
