Paul Williams is an American actor, singer, and song-writer most known for his work in numerous popular songs performed by a number of acts in the 1970s, as well as a variety of acting roles in films and television. He is notable for voicing The Penguin in Batman: The Animated Series.
He provided the voice of The Hierophant in the Adventure Time Stakes miniseries episodes "Everything Stays", "Vamps About," and "May I Come In?."
