Arte Description and History
One user hurls the _target into the air, while the other user leaps and blasts the _target with fire. In Tales of Xillia, this arte is a combination of Soaring Vortex and Fireball and can be seen as fusing the two, with Soaring Vortex used to launch the _target and Fireball providing the fire.
