Shiranagi Touga (白薙・凍華?, "White Sweeping Frozen Petals") is Chelsea Torn's first Blast Caliber in the PlayStation 2 remake of Tales of Destiny and its Director's Cut release.
Arte Description and History
When executed, Chelsea surrounds herself in an ice tornado that damages all nearby enemies. She then leaps to the side of the tornado and fires an arrow engulfed in a blue spiral upward that strikes the elevated _target. The move is of the Water element and is obtained after Chelsea joins the party for the second time, through an event, if she is at or above level 14. Otherwise, the arte is learned normally at level 14. The "Blast Gauge" must be filled to Level 1 in order to activate this arte.
