Within the hierarchy of the Cult of Kosmos, a Sage was second only to the Ghost of Kosmos, and held governance over their branch of the organization. During the Peloponnesian War there were eight Sages:

- Kleon, Sage of the Delian League[2]
- Pausanias of Sparta, Sage of the Peloponnesian League[3]
- The Hydra, Sage of the Gods of the Aegean Sea[1]
- Iokaste, Sage of the Worshippers of the Bloodline[1]
- Exekias, Sage of the Heroes of the Cult[1]
