The Bell Panel (ベルパネル) is an item exclusive to Bomberman GB 3.
Description
Bell Panels can be spawned in the current level when you collect a certain amount of Crystals (50 and 60 respectively). Then right before the boss fight, the 1st Bell Panel will trigger a first Bomber Ball to spawn a random set of Items (3 Bomb Up, 3 Fire Up, or 1-Up if you already full powered). The 2nd Bell Panel will trigger the second Bomber Ball to inflict an 1 hit attack on the boss, giving you a certain advantage during the fight.
