Warner Bros. (initializing as WB) is an American film and television company. It is owned by Warner Bros. Discovery. LEGO has created several themes based on the studio's films, starting with Harry Potter since 2001, and sets based on acquired properties such as DC Comics since 2006. The studio also produced The LEGO Movie franchise, which they additionally co-own the copyright too.

Warner Bros. references in LEGO

There were numerous references of other Warner Bros. films and shows that seen in other LEGO sets and media, but were never been made and released physically, including characters, vehicles, lines and allusions.

The Matrix franchise

• Agent Smith and his clones made an appearance by teaming up with The Joker in The LEGO Batman Movie.
• Morpheus made a cameo in the The LEGO Batman Movie story levels in LEGO Dimensions.
• In The LEGO Movie, the way the Master Builders can see the possibilities inherent in the Lego pieces around them like what Emmet and Wyldstyle did.
• In LEGO City Undercover, a similar character named Barry Smith was based on Morpheus from The Matrix trilogy. In addition to Sentinel Decker who's also similar to Agent Smith.
• Agent Smith made a brief cameo appearance in LEGO The Lord of the Rings: The Video Game, which was a reference to Elrond's actor Hugo Weaving who also played Agent Smith.

Mad Max franchise

• In The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part, when Bricksburg was destroyed after the DUPLO invasion and ends up in a post-apocalyptic mad town called Apocalypseburg that referenced the Mad Max movies featuring similar dezinens and vehicles.
• Emmet and Lucy's Buggy was based on the Gigahorse from Mad Max: Fury Road.
• The Warrior Woman from 71001 Minifigures Series 10 could be a reference to the character with the same name in Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior.

Clash of the Titans (2010 remake)

• In The LEGO Batman Movie, The Kraken appears as one of the villains from the Phantom Zone who joined forces with The Joker.

Pee-wee's Big Adventure

• During the final battle in The LEGO Movie, when Unikitty turned into a Super Angry Kitty by eating down the Micro Managers, her big head has a similar model as Large Marge's face transformation from Pee-wee's Big Adventure.

Enter the Dragon

• In The LEGO Ninjago Movie, a poster in Lloyd's bedroom resembles the iconic poster of Enter the Dragon.

Goodfellas

• Vinnie Pappalardo in LEGO City Undercover was based on Tommy DeVito from Goodfellas.

Dirty Harry

• A character in LEGO City Undercover named Shaky Harry was a parody of Harry Callahan from Dirty Harry.

The Adventures of Robin Hood

• The Forestman from 8683 Minifigures Series 1 resembles the Errol Flynn's portrayal in 1938 Warner Bros. film The Adventures of Robin Hood.

Twister

• During the police chase scene in The LEGO Movie that shows Emmet using the escape motorcycle and driving through a crashed house that fell off a truck which was a reference in Twister.

Austin Powers

• In The LEGO Movie, during MetalBeard's flashback of how he and his crew broke into Lord Business' building is defended by sharks with lasers; a reference to the "sharks with frickin' laser beams" line in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.

Duck Dodgers (TV series)

• Daffy Duck/Duck Dodgers as the Green Loontern (from the episode of the same name) appears as a playable character in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.
