Run, Denji! (
Summary
Ignoring the screaming Devil Hunter, Asa asks Yoru what on Earth Denji's plan could possibly be; he's just been running laps around the lake. Yoru theorises that he's escaping reality. The Aging Devil appears before Denji and, assuming he's run out of ideas, offers a way out. They reiterate their desire to be consumed at the cost of the lives of children. Denji tells them that they're evil and that they should've considered the idea that Pochita also wants to save the children. Aging taunts him by implying that because he was able to move on so quickly from Nayuta's death that he didn't care for her too much, to which he rebukes that they wouldn't know anything about a relationship.
Denji then goes on to say that regardless, he'll be able to move on and find another family, and so on and so forth ad infinitum; he's in perpetual motion. He taunts the Aging Devil by stating that the only way to mess with his heart is to give him another family, which they dismiss by stating he's even more stupid than Pochita. Denji stops in his tracks and tells them that they're the stupid one; his plan is already in motion.

Trivia
- There appear to be several callbacks to the Public Safety Saga in this chapter:
- Denji calls himself a perpetual motion machine similarly to his fight with the Eternity Devil.
- Denji saying that he'll keep on moving on to different families is highly reminiscent of Makima's threatening speech.
- Denji points out how the Aging Devil doesn't understand Pochita's true feelings, like how Makima didn't actually understand him either.
