"Hair to Stay" is the third of four parts of ChalkZone's third episode and aired on April 19, 2002.
Synopsis
A mustache becomes attached to Snap, much to his annoyance.
Plot
A flying mustache suddenly emanates near Snap's house, who is using peanut butter and jelly to sculpt a self-portrait. Someone knocks on his door, turning out to be the mustache. It flings itself over Snap's lips, giving Snap a mustache. Snap is now upset he looks nothing like his sculpture and goes to a barber to cut his newfound mustache off. When Snap tells the barber to take care of his mustache, he thinks it needs to be combed, doing so.
Snap makes it clear he wants it shaven off, and so his anthropomorphic clippers get ready to cut it off. The mustache, now scared, comes off and hides on Snap's head. The clippers follow the mustache, ultimately resulting in the clippers getting twisted. The mustache eventually escapes, as the barber has a "milk mustache" from milk, resulting in the clippers attacking him.
Snap tries to hurry in order to arrive at the peanut butter and jelly sculpture contest in time, with his mustache following him. Snap tells the female peanut he's here for the contest, but she sees the mustache flying. It returns on Snap's upper lip; what's more, Snap accidentally ruined his sculpture as he landed on it.
Snap gets angry at the mustache, blaming it for what happened, and even telling the mustache to get out of his face. The sad mustache relents, crying as it hops away. Just then, a clipper masquerading as a candy cane sets its sights on the mustache, cornering it. Snap tries to recreate the sculpture but sees the mustache and clipper. He stops the clipper just in time, saving the mustache from being cut. The clipper now focuses on Snap, who throws his sculpture on the clippers, causing it to malfunction.
Now at home, Snap and his mustache go to sleep. The mustache wants to sleep on Snap's upper lip, with Snap allowing it to "for just tonight."
