The photo is claimed to be PD-GOV-UK but no evidence of this license is presented - the immediate source of the photo does not state the source of the photo or give any indication that the photo is in fact Crown Copyright. Nigel Ish (talk) 09:55, 2 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The original source is specified (Radar Days, available on Google Books) and as the image description states, the only people who could have possibly taken this photo worked for the Air Ministry via AMES. I can't, and no one should be, responsible for what an intermediary does or does not include on their page.Maury Markowitz (talk) 22:13, 4 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: Unclear copyright status. Unless we have definitive, explicit written and/or textual, tangible evidence from a credible, verifiable source naming this file as freely licensed under a Commons compatible license, we simply cannot host it on Commons FASTILY 09:11, 9 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Restored: There is no reasonble doubt that a picture of a secret aircraft could have been taken by others than RAF personal. Yann (talk) 05:42, 6 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
