Unfortunately, the Flickr album this comes from, https://www.flickr.com/photos/pierre_tourigny/albums/72157602326123652 is full of colorized iconic images. I doubt Pierre Tourigny has the rights to them. GRuban (talk) 19:58, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
Delete the original photo was a black and white. Pierre made a colour derivative of it. Author and licensing of the original is not stated on the file, so presumed to be copyright. Jolly Janner (talk) 23:59, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
- Would this not qualify under the US PD-Pre1964 license? SteveStrummer (talk) 01:21, 28 January 2016 (UTC)
- How do we know the author didn't renew the license though? She stopped her "pin-up" career before the 1960s, but was still popular as a model through the 60s and 70s, so it's entirely plausible the license would be renewed. Jolly Janner (talk) 10:13, 29 January 2016 (UTC)
Deleted: per nomination. If you have evidence that copyright was not renewed, please let me know and I will restore the file. Green Giant (talk) 21:46, 29 February 2016 (UTC)
