Claims to be {{PD-ineligible}}, but as far as I know portrait photographs (even inartful ones) are generally protected as copyrightable works. No free licence is given that would allow us to keep the image. Sandstein (talk) 14:47, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
Delete speedy. Thats what the press doing, taking photos from facebook and other websites without any permission in ignorance of copyrights and publishing intention on facebook (personality rights) - but thats not ok on Commons. Photo is eligible for copyright, taking it from facebook without the photographers permission is simply a copyright violation. P.s. for german user: Panorama Nr. 709 vom 26.03.2009 (ARD) is intersting in relation to "the medias raid". --Martin H. (talk) 16:07, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
Speedy delete. The licensing template is utterly implausible, and Facebook as image source is completely incompatible with the license requirements of Commons except for images which have an explicit and plausible approval for use with a free license. This is clearly not the case here. --Uwe (talk) 15:46, 29 June 2009 (UTC)
Deleted, Speedy. Thought first that someone else will simply execute the request and I can place a comment on this. --Martin H. (talk) 15:52, 29 June 2009 (UTC)
