Three image files show the copyrighted Las Vegas replica of the Statue of Liberty. There is no freedom of panorama in the United States for copyrighted non-architectural works. Cannot pass American de minimis standard because the statue's presence is not trivial in the three images.

To other users and admins, please also throughly check for the user's other Flickr-sourced uploads that might contain no FOP violations too (images of works from countries with no commercial or insufficient freedom of panorama).   @62.216.207.31: per existing court case of United States (or the U.S. Post Office who was the user) v. Davidson, the court found the statue to have more distinct properties than the original public domain statue, most especially the more feminine appearance of its face.
