Unlike stated, it is license tag, but pretty much like an unused duplicate of the tag linked. 88.196.241.249 08:42, 10 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Imagine a folklore 3d-item. You took a photo and want to publish the photo under CC-By-SA. So you choose it. Then another user asks you for permission for the depicted item. In this case it is quite good to have license-related tags. -- RE rillke questions? 16:37, 13 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: As per Rillke, at the moment. When {{Folklore}} will be ready, this template will be redundant. Trixt (talk) 08:45, 24 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Renominate. I'm sorry if I didn't make myself clear. There also is template {{PD-EE-exempt}} that has exactly the same statement in it. So this here is a duplicate. Not that it's relevant here, but as for works of folklore, it is very hard to tell when to use this template. Eg some song lyrics are work of folklore, but that probably mostly isn't the case here at Commons. As for items that can be depicted, eg old tools, toys or anykind of items you can find in museums, the case more likely is whether copyright has expired or not. 88.196.241.249 19:29, 26 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It should be made a redirect than. --Cwbm (commons) (talk) 10:43, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
