Reason for the nomination:
There are 2 policies relevant for this DR. Mostly, it's about FOP. The advertisements do not fulfil the requirement of permanent exhibition in a public place that is needed for COM:FOP Brazil, hence they become a copyvio. COM:De Minimis is also not applicable on the nominated files as the protected works depicted on them are not incidentally included. Only for Cineplus Xaxim - 4.jpg: the image lacks educational usefulness, it's blurry. A better alternative of the same motif is available: File:Cineplus Xaxim - 1.jpg.
