The change from the 'se' watermark to the 'e' watermark paper came about due to the change in the official change in the country's name from Saorstat Éireann (Irish Free State) to en:Éire (Ireland). Scan made by me from publicly available paper and put into the public domain especially for Irish stamp collectors |
