Luchtverdedigingsdag; Weekjournaal van Polygoon Hollands Nieuws van week 35 uit 1937.; Luchtverdedigingsdag bij de kust van Scheveningen, met demonstraties van luchtdoelartillerie in de buurt van de Pier. De dag werd oa bijgewoond door een groot aantal burgelijke en militaire autoriteiten. SHOTS: - watervliegtuigen boven zee, die oa door militair met een verrekijker worden geobserveerd; - enkele notabelen; - demonstratie van div. middelen voor luchtbescherming, zoals een een zoeklicht en luchtdoelgeschut, waaronder (.50-?) mitrailleurs. Onder de belangstellenden minister van OK&W, J.R. Slotemaker de Bruine.
