English: Perineal hernia in a ewe. The hernia occurred two days before lambing (of four lambs). Presented here four days after lambing. Eating and general habitus are normal but there is difficult urination (pollakiuria) with tenesmus. Puncture of hernia did not give way to urine and replacement manipulation did not succeed (excluding simple reversed bladder) |
