English: A bronze plaque for the empeors Valerian and Gallienus (253-60), inscribed:

AV KAI ΠOΠΛC ΛIKINI BAΛ[ ] ΠOΠΛ ΓAΛ H

To the left, facing right: incuse portraits of Salonina and Gallienus

To the right, facing left: incuse portraits of Valerian and and younger Caesar (Valerian II or Saloninus)

Because the inscription reads correctly on the object it does not appear to be a seal.
