Description
English: USSR 1964 cover, sent registered from Leningrad to Petrodvorets (now Peterhof). Registration label 'Leningrad' and violet boxed handstamp 'Zakaznoe' (meaning 'Registered'). The stamps are also cancelled with a special postmark of the Soviet Union dedicated to the 250th anniversary of Petrodvorets, dated 17.V.1964, and depicting the famous Sampson Fountain.
  • 2k 1961 definitive stamp depicting Harvester and silo, catalogue numbers: Mi. 2435, Sc. 2440, CPA 2511
  • 4k 1964 commemorative stamp pair dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the liberation of Leningrad, catalogue number: Mi. 2905a
