April von der Wikipediaseite Siebrand Rehberg gelöscht wurden? Die Bildrechte des Fotografen wurden gemeinsam beim Hochladen der Fotografien eingereicht und liegen Wikipedia vor. Bitte machen Sie dies rückgängig.

• Siebrand Rehberg is a notable photographer... and still alive. His works are of course protected by copyright law. He, and only him, can publish here visuals of his works under the licenses allowed here. In the case he agrees, he must follow the process of our permission system and send a permission by email. Posting pictures on Wiki page

Logos and trademarks are accepted in Wikimedia Commons only if

1. they are in public domain (help) for a specific reason; or
2. they are freely licensed by their owner, in such case please include a web link; or
3. they are below the threshold of originality; or
4. the copyright holder sends directly a permission to OTRS, where you can read how to do it.

If the logo does not fit in the categories above, you may upload the file directly into Wikipedia under the "fair use rationale". But I'm not a specialist, you'll have to ask there. You can read en:Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline. Christian Ferrer ^(talk) 18:30, 3 May 2019 (UTC)

• Hello there is two issues, the first is that there is a copyright notice "© 2019 4dvt.com" in [1], thing that you can fix by replacing this notice by something like "this content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International license", or by sending a permission to com:OTRS. Bonjour, Je suis la fille de Syed Waliullah. Cette photo n'a pas été volée comme le pense dead rabbit ! Elle se trouve dans mes archives. Ma mère m'avait raconté que cette photo avait été prise pour un journal local à Karachi. Les meubles ont été dessinés par mon père d'où l'intérêt de l'article. J'ai fait un website dédié à mon père syedwaliullah.com où les photos sont en libre accès. Le Daily Star s'est surement procuré par ce biais cette photo. J'essaye de faire quelques corrections de temps en temps mais wikipedia, c'est du chinois pour moi ! Pourquoi un wikipedia user aurait plus de droit que moi sur la page wikipedia de mon père. Bonjour Simine, cette photo a été prise en 1955 à Karachi, le détenteur du droit d'auteur était très probablement le photographe ou l'entité (par exemple le journal) qui a commissionné ce photographe. Elle est entrée dans le domaine publique au Pakistan le 1^re janvier 2006, malheureusement c'est après la date du 1^re janvier 1996, date à laquelle a été acté l'Uruguay Round Agreements Act. Ce qui a pour effet que bien que cette photo soit dans le domaine publique au Pakistan, et étant donné que le détenteur du droit d'auteur n'est vraisemblablement pas vous, la protection des droits d'auteurs pour cette photo aux États-Unis passe à 95 ans après la première publication (1955+95=2050), cette photo sera dans le domaine publique aux États-Unis le 1^re janvier 2051 sauf erreur de ma part. Wiki Loves Earth France 2019 a commencé !

J'ai le plaisir de vous annoncer que la cinquième édition du concours Wiki Loves Earth en France est ouverte !

Le concours concernera 368 zones de toute la France, des parcs nationaux jusqu’aux réserves naturelles régionales englobant ainsi des paysages et biotopes variés.

Pendant le mois de mai, n'hésitez pas à mettre en ligne des photos de ces zones que vous auriez sur vos disques durs ou à vous rendre dans une zone concernée près de chez vous (à l'aide de la carte). Le règlement est disponible sur la page du concours.

Les plus belles photos seront sélectionnées par un jury national composé de commonistes, d'acteurs de l'environnement et de photographes professionnels. Un jury international constituera ensuite une sélection des meilleures photographies mondiales. Vous pourrez retrouver toutes les informations détaillées sur le site du concours

P.S. : si vous ne pouvez pas participer au concours cette année, faites passer le message autour de vous pour que de nouveaux et nouvelles photographes rejoignent l'aventure !

З 1 по 31 травня триває сьомий конкурс «Вікі любить Землю» (Wiki Loves Earth), метою якого є фотографування пам'яток природи. Протягом травня ви можете завантажувати власні фото природно-заповідного фонду України та змагатися за призи. Зі списками пам'яток природи України можна ознайомитися тут. Приєднуйтеся!

Цього року є деякі зміни в правилах, зокрема:

• фотографії пам'яток, які на момент початку конкурсу не мали жодної ілюстрації на Вікісховищі або у Вікіпедії, отримують коефіцієнт 10 в кількісній номінації. Якщо ви маєте фото ще не проілюстрованих пам'яток — це збільшить ваші шанси на перемогу;
• окрема спецномінація для аерофотозйомки (фото з дронів тощо).

Uploading pictures of Epson printers

I am writing in case of unability of uploading pictures. Recently I have edited few pages in Ukrainian Wikipedia about inkjet printer and largeformat printing and wanted to upload few photos of such devices. All photos were from official Epson's site, but they were deleted from Wikimedia. Tell me, please, how can I fix this problem?

Massacre!

Bonjour, j'ai massacré le prénom de Tiepolo dans ce fichier : Gimbattiasta Tiepolo - La morte di Giacinto (1752-53) - Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza Madrid.jpg c'est assez fréquent, ce qui est nouveau c'est que je ne peux pas le renommé comme habituellement la possibilité de renommer n’apparaît plus pour les ficher mais reste pour les catégorie,j'ai du tapé encore de travers quelque part, car dans la liste, pas contre, j'ai deux fois purge.
