Incorrect notice of FP promotion

edit

Please see https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3APine&type=revision&diff=290150411&oldid=289287612. The original nomination was unsuccessful. The bot should have linked to Commons:Featured picture candidates/File:John Jay (Gilbert Stuart portrait).jpg/2. Thanks! --Pine 03:26, 4 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

FPCBot tasks

edit

Hi Daniel! In the assignments for FPCBot the first task in the 'Closing' list is "1.If withdrawn or FPXed and more than 24 hours since last activity (last edit) close as non successful else continue". Why doesn't it do this? For a very long time now these tasks have had to be done manually, resulting in some debates. Could you please take a look at what is wrong? Is the Bot faulty or are people just not entering the right code for the Bot to recognize. Help would be much appreciated. Best, --Cart (talk) 09:05, 19 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

File:Sulfur dioxide.png

edit

File:Sulfur dioxide.png has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

@JukoFF: Please be more specific what your issue is, instead of relying on others to guess what you mean. With regards to that nomination, there's no error, that's how the bot works. It adds it up, post what it thinks the total and hence the result are, and then wait for a human being to come along to verify it. Everything is working as intended. -- KTC (talk) 19:54, 20 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
I apologize for that. I thought that in this situation bot summed up the negative result of the nomination, despite the fact that in the nomination of 10 votes for a positive result. JukoFF (talk) 20:16, 20 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
