Grand Duke George Mikhailovich (Russian language: Георгий Михайлович) (August 23, 1863 – January 28, 1919) was a son of Grand Duke Michael Nicolaevich of Russia and a first cousin of Alexander III of Russia. He was a General in the Russian army in World War I. During the Russian Revolution, he was imprisoned by the Bolsheviks and shot by a firing squad, along with his brother Grand Duke Nicholas Mikhailovich of Russia and his cousins Grand Duke Paul Alexandrovich of Russia and Grand Duke Dmitri Constantinovich of Russia.
George Mikhailovich married Princess Maria Georgievna of Greece and Denmark, the youngest daughter of George I of Greece and Olga Konstantinovna of Russia in Corfu on May 12, 1900. They had two daughters:
- Princess Nina Georgievna of Russia (June 20, 1901 - February 27, 1974) married 1922, Prince Paul Chavchavadze (1899-1971); had one son, Prince en:David Chavchavadze.
- Princess Xenia Georgievna of Russia (August 22, 1903 - September 17, 1965)
