used to vandalism in ruwiki article MaxBioHazard (talk) 19:01, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
- Keep Political cartoons of noteworthy persons are within project scope. It includes this satire on well-known topless photo-ops. Almost any file in Category:Caricatures of politicians can be used for vandalism purposes in some context, this is not a valid reason for deletion. On the other hand, the name could be misleading so I propose renaming it to something like "Putin bra caricature.png" to make it easier to spot in vandalism cases. --M5 (talk) 16:19, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
- Keep It's shameful that people will use transphobia to attack this piece of shit, and he is one not because he has breasts (he has none) but for completely different and rational reasons. Having said that the image is within scope, so i must vote keep. VolodyA! V Anarhist Beta_M (converse) 03:38, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- Delete Out of scope. Artwork created by the uploader without obvious educational use. --JN466 19:39, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- Why do you think so? File:PresidentPutin.JPG (caricature of Putin created by uploader) and File:Vladimir Putin beefcake-2.jpg (Putin topless photo-op) are used in WIkipedias, and this file can (potentially) be used for the same purposes. --M5 (talk) 22:39, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- As far as I can see, it is only educational about the non-notable uploader's artistic aspirations, which makes it self-promotional. --JN466 23:53, 6 March 2012 (UTC)

- Keep satire is within scope Laitr Keiows (talk) 03:22, 8 March 2012 (UTC)
- Keep as long as we can find lots of machismo pictures with this now again president topless on wiki commons, there should not be any argument about this way more demure caricature
