Deutsch: Flagge der belgischen Gemeinde Kelmis, Provinz Lüttich
Beschreibung des Wappens: „Unter schwarzem Schildhaupt, darin schräggekreuzt ein silberner (weißer) Schlägel und ein silberner (weißer) Hammer, bewinkelt von drei goldenen (gelben) fünfzackigen Sternen; gespalten vorn in Blau ein aufgerichteter silberner (weißer), gold-(gelb-)bewehrter und gezungter Löwe, hinten in Silber (Weiß) ein auffliegender gold-(gelb-)bewehrter schwarzer Adler.“
Beschreibung der Flagge:„Die Flagge der Gemeinde ist im Verhältnis 1:1:1 schwarz-weiß-blau längsgestreift mit dem aufgelegten Wappen in der Mitte des weißen Streifens.“
