History

When the Penguin hired the Czarnian bounty hunter known as Lobo to kill the Joker, Lobo came to earth, but the Joker paid him a bigger sum if he'd discredit, humiliate, and finally kill Batman instead. Lobo impersonated Batman, and went on a spree of killing and destruction throughout Gotham, until Batman finally stopped him.
