Synopsis for "Devil's Work, Part Two: Lightning. From Above and Below"

Jade, Thunder and Grace have arrived too late to stop mob boss Ishamel Gregor from appropriating the demonic power of Sabbac. He soon proves that he is no match for them, burning Grace badly before heading off to carry out further acts of villainy. Jefferson Pierce later arrives at the Outsiders' HQ, determined to bring his daughter Thunder home from this dangerous operation. However, Indigo discovers that Gregor is attempting to summon a demonic army, and the Outsiders will need all the help they can get to stop him. Pierce suits up, and, as Black Lightning, joins the team as they head for the mansion where the ritual will take place. Gregor/Sabbac merely laughs at them, saying they ar no match for him. But then Captain Marvel Jr. arrives on the scene, which should help to even the odds.
