Synopsis for "Jimmy Olsen's Excellent Adventure"
A crane transformed into a humanoid robot is causing terror in a construction site in Metropolis. When Superman arrives, the crane goes back into its original form, and an Egyptian-looking man with the ability to manipulate mechanical objects comes out of the driver's cabin. This man is Husque, an Exile Superman met during an investigation in Qurac.[1] With unintelligible words, this man warns Superman that Jimmy Olsen is in danger. Superman takes him to Emil Hamilton, who decides to try the same experiment that caused Jimmy's disappearance in the first place.
Meanwhile, Jimmy is trapped in some sort of limbo, where he is being chased by creatures. He is saved by a mysterious man that inhabits that void, and this man turns out to be a clone of Jimmy's father, who has the same memories as the original old man. He warns Jimmy that his mother is in danger, but before he could finish telling his story, Husque arrives at that dimension and sends him back to Earth.
Superman takes Jimmy to the hospital and then heads to the Daily Planet as Clark Kent, where he calls Thornton to accept his offer to work as managing editor at Newstime.
