The Digital World (デジタルワールド, Dejitaru Wārudo?) of Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is ruled by King Drasil. It also has its own calendar, and at the time of the Ueno Digimon Festival its year is ◎x◎.
During Cyberspace EDEN's beta test, Aiba, Nokia, Arata, Yuuko and Yuugo enter the Digital World through a gate, and meet Agumon, Gabumon, Kuramon, Botamon, and a Pabumon. During the visit, they are attacked by Eaters, who absorb Yuugo's mind data, causing the boy to contract the EDEN Syndrome.
Eight years later, Aiba learns the Digital World has been damaged by Eaters. Aiba and his friends return to the Digital World to defeat Mother Eater, after which the Digital World is restored.
