Alan Louis Oppenheimer is an American actor and voice actor. He has performed numerous roles on live-action television since the 1960s and has had an active career doing voice work in cartoons since the 1970s. He is best known for voicing Skeletor and Cringer/Battlecat in the original He-Man, Falkor, Gmork, and Rock Biter in the first Neverending Story movie, the voice of Alistair Crane in the NBC soap opera Passions from 2001 to 2004, and playing three characters in the Star Trek franchise: a Klingon cleric in Star Trek: The Next Generation, a Starfleet captain in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and an unnamed alien ambassador in Star Trek: Voyager.
For Disney, he played Mr. Joffert in Freaky Friday and voiced Councillor Bearybaum in Adventures of the Gummi Bears, Rhinokey and Crocosaurus in The Wuzzles, Colonel Beauregard DuBark in DuckTales, Aldrin Klordane, Captain Colonel, and Plato in Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, and Mr. Pomeroy in TaleSpin. He also voiced Old Timer in Disney/Pixar's Toy Story 4 (2019) and the Disney+ original series Forky Asks a Question.
