"Goofy's Bird" is the third episode of the first season of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. It originally aired on Playhouse Disney (now Disney Jr.) on May 7, 2006.
Plot
The episode starts of with Mickey using the Picture Puzzle to reveal a picture of a bird, when all of a sudden, Goofy enters the scene with a "hat" on his head. Goofy's new "hat" is a nest with an egg. When the bird hatches from the egg, Mickey and Goofy set out to return him to his mother. They go to the Mousekedoer to pick up four Mouseketools - a pogo stick, a blanket, blueberries, and the Mystery Mouseketool (a slide). After picking up the Mouseketools, the duo along with Baby Red Bird head on over to the Telescope to find a forest, which is where Goofy found Baby Red Bird. After finding the forest, Mickey, Goofy, and Baby Red Bird take the Glove Balloon to the forest. Moments later, Baby Red Bird starts getting hungry. So, Mickey and Goofy call Toodles for the blueberries since Mickey and Goofy forgot to bring food for Baby Red Bird.
After feeding Baby Red Bird, the duo spot three bluebirds, which they must fly over so they don't run into each other. Pretty soon, Baby Red Bird starts getting cold because it starts getting windy. Mickey and Goofy warm Baby Red Bird up with a blanket, one of the Mouseketools. By then, they have reached the forest, and they listen for Baby Red Bird's mommy in the tallest tree of the forest. However, they are very high up on a cliff that they need a Mouseketool to get all the way down to the forest. In this case, they use the Mystery Mouseketool, a slide, since using the pogo stick could be dangerous on a cliff. When they have reached the bottom, Mickey and Goofy find two pairs of birds, red and blue. They find the red birds on the left side of the tree. The red bird on the top branch tweets four times, whereas the red bird on the bottom branch tweets three. The bird that tweets three times is Baby Red Bird's mother, as Baby Red Bird also tweets three times. The first tree they heard has bees, the second tree they heard is a woodpecker, and the third tree has the sound of Baby Red Bird's Mother.
After solving the problem of finding Baby Red Bird's mother, Mickey and Goofy come upon another problem. The mother bird is really high up in the tallest tree, they need a Mouseketool to reach her. They call Toodles and ask for the pogo stick, the final Mouseketool. Goofy jumps really high on the pogo stick, and lands on the branch below Mommy Red Bird. After taking Baby Red Bird home, Mickey and Goofy head back to the clubhouse to do the MousekeDance to celebrate their accomplishment of taking Baby Red Bird home, thus ending the episode.

Trivia
- Although absent from the episode's main story, Minnie and Daisy in Mickey Park are seen for a few seconds from a distance towards a telescope when Mickey scans the forest and this is the only time they appear, but do not speak, noticed it only made a cameo.
- Donald Duck and Pluto do not appear until the Mouskedance (Hot Dog Dance from Season 2 onward), although in the audio descriptive version when Goofy was referred as him, he was mentioned but exhausted.
- This is the 2nd of 3 episodes on the Mickey Saves Santa DVD.
- This is the last episode where already-used Mousketools on Toodles' screen are darkly shaded. The next episode has used Mousketools gray scaled instead.
- After picking the first second and the Mystery Mouseketool, Goofy says "Cheers!" after Mickey says "We got ears say cheers!"
- This is the 1st episode where the characters yell "Mystery Mouseketool!" after Mickey tells the the other characters in the story to say said word. In this case, it's Goofy.
- This episode marks the first time the font was changed for the title card.
- This is the first episode to feature the Picture Puzzle.
- This marks the first appearance of Buzz-Buzz the Bee, but he is unnamed and only makes a brief cameo. He didn't reappear until the Season 2 episode "Minnie's Bee Story".
- The phrase "Welcome to the clubhouse everybody!" from this episode was recycled for some later episodes.
- Goofy once claimed to have eaten a hubcap.
Goofs
- Throughout the episode, Goofy's headwear keeps switching between Baby Red Bird's nest and his usual green hat.
- When Mickey says "Hooray!" while giving Goofy a high-five, his face looks unhappy.
- In the Audio Descriptive version, when Mickey and Goofy go up to the telescope, Goofy is referred to as Donald.
- When Mickey explains that they need to go to the forest, the yellow circle is missing from Toodles' right ear.
- The subtitles when they first called Toodles said "TOOTLES" instead of Toodles on the series' Disney+ page.
