"Goofy Dogs!" is the second segment of the thirty-seventh episode of Mickey Mouse Funhouse. It premiered on May 4, 2023 alongside "Ready to Play, Ruthie!", and is the second segment of the twelfth episode in the second season.

Plot

Goofy helps Lunar Clarabelle learn to make hot dogs.

Synopsis

The episode begins with Mickey checking the mailbox and finding a letter from Rocket Mouse, inviting them to come with him to watch a firework celebration happening later today. Excited, the gang prepares to go outer space. Funny transforms into a rocket ship and blasts off.

After exiting Earth's orbit, Goofy reveals that he is hungry because he forgot to have a snack before leaving. Funny takes the gang to an outer-space restaurant called the Lunar Lunchbox, where Lunar Clarabelle takes their order through the fly-through. Goofy orders 5 hot dogs for his friends, but when they receive them, they are all burnt and inedible. Clarabelle comments that usually nobody orders hot dogs at her restaurant and thus does not know how to make them. Goofy offers to teach her and the gang goes inside after Funny remarks that the fireworks won't take place for a while. Goofy remakes Clarabelle's machine to make hot dogs perfectly and teaches her hot dog toppings while the others drink milkshakes Clarabelle provided them.

After Clarabelle advertises Goofy's hot dogs for her diner, customers from all over the galaxy flock to eat them. Mickey reminds Goofy about the fireworks, but he responds that he promised Clarabelle to make his "Goofy Dogs" for anyone who asks for them. The rest of the gang takes off, with Goofy saying that he and Clarabelle will catch up once all the customers are served. They meet up with Rocket Mouse, who tells them that the fireworks are about to start. Meanwhile, Martian Mickey and Minnie offer to drop Goofy and Clarabelle to the fireworks, but both decide to stay to continue serving Goofy dogs.

The gang is disappointed since Goofy wanted them all to see the fireworks together, but Rocket Mouse comments that if they all pitch in to help Goofy and Clarabelle, they can serve all the customers quickly, so they head back to Goofy. Goofy is a little disappointed that he miss the fireworks, but his friends arrive and together they finish serving all the customers. Clarabelle then activates her restaurant's rocket boosters and they marvel in awe at the fireworks. The gang and Funny then return to Earth. The episode ends with everyone leaving, with Mickey and Minnie waving goodbye to the viewers.
