The Road Rumblers are the main antagonists turned anti-heroes of the Disney/Pixar animated series Cars on the Road of the episode's same name. They are a group of Mad Max-inspired warriors of various models.

When McQueen and Mater were getting captured by Cap'n Long Leggy, Squat, and some cars, who took them to their leader, Chieftess. After this, they send Lightning and Mater to the Thunder Cone, with all the Road Rumblers fighting a female group of Road Rumblers. When McQueen and Mater stopped the fight with some important words, a car launches a missile where they were. The next day McQueen, Mater. and Jeremy stopped by a fueling station to quench their thirst. Moments later, the other cars, having apparently stopped their fighting and notably more passive, also appear at the gas station and McQueen offers to buy them drinks too.
Gettin' Hitched
In Gettin' Hitched when Mater makes his speech at his sister’s wedding about his adventures on the road with Lightning, Lightning has a flashback with his adventures with him incluiding the Destiny's Hotel in the second episode, the Circus Velocitas and their clowns in the fifth episode and the Road Rumblers fight in the eight episode.
