The Sidewalk Surfer is a minor character in Nickelodeon's Doug. He appears in the episode Doug Inc.. In the beginning of the episode, Doug was watching a show named The Sidewalk Surfer, named after the Surfer. Doug calls in and is disappointed by the price to then raise money for it just to buy tickets for his friends.
