Flamethrower

A flamethrower (火炎放射, Kaenhōsha)[1] is a mechanical incendiary device designed to project a long controllable stream of fire.

In the anime (and video games), Colonel Silver's soldiers use flamethrowers to burn a forest and find a Dragon Ball.

The Pirate Robot's left arm is equipped with a flamethrower (used only in the anime and in video games).

Shu's Pilaf Machine can throw flames from its "tail". It is used to burn Goku's Turtle School uniform in an attempt to reveal his tail, but Goku's tail was already removed from his fight with Grandpa Gohan.

Zauyogi wields one during the Galactic Bandit Brigade's attack on Zoon during the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga.

Bizu has a small flamethrower in his arm, which he uses while hiding under the floor during the Sigma Force battle against Goku.

Video Game Appearances

In Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II and Dragon Ball Z: Buu's Fury, there is a type of enemy called Destroyer that resembles the Pirate Robot and which uses a flamethrower as a weapon.

The Pirate Robot and Shu in his Pilaf Machine use their flamethrowers in Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure, Dragon Ball: Origins 2, and Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo.

A flamethrower is used by Pilaf Robot in Dragon Ball: Origins.

Red Ribbon Soldiers use flamethrowers in Dragon Ball: Origins 2.
