Kōzō Shioya (塩屋 浩三, Shioya Kōzō; born on August 18, 1955) is a veteran voice actor born in Kagoshima Prefecture. He is currently represented by Aoni Production. His younger brother is voice actor Yoku Shioya.
He is known for voicing Borgos, Guldo, Vodka, and all forms of Majin Buu.
