Increases style and/or charm attribute permanently depending on the game.

Dragon Quest VI
Making its debut, it increases a character's Style attribute by 1. They are rare items that can found in various chests and pots and are also dropped by Bloody hands, Hell niños, Sluggers, and Darkcrawlers.
Dragon Quest VII
Acting the same as in VI, it is found in various places and is dropped by Ulcers and Smackers, as well as a prize from the Casino's Lucky Panel game.
Dragon Quest IX
Reappearing after a backseat from the previous game, it increases a character's Charm stat by 2. They are rare items that can only be acquired in two ways. The first is as a reward for certain quests, and the second is as a rare drop from Whirly girlies, the chance of it being dropped is 1/256.
