Tongue fu fighter is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.
Characteristics
Tongue-fu fighters most closely resemble anteaters with their elongated snouts, and are plump pinkish creatures with bird-like feet and short arms. Despite their build, they are able to jump in the air and twirl their long tongues that extend beyond their snouts, charging toward their _target while spinning the tongue like a chain flail. Isolated, these low-level brawlers pose little threat; but mobs can cause trouble for an underleveled and under-equipped party.
