Tyrantula attacks using Wind Sickles (which hits the whole party), Venomissile (which hits the whole party with a chance of poisoning them), Eerie Light (which reduces the party's resistance to status effects) and Wicked Web (which may cause a character to miss a turn).
It is useful to have two healers in this fight, and if not, to give other characters plenty of healing items and Antidotal Herbs. Tyrantula is weak against the Blast line of spells (Bang, Boom, etc) so a Mage may be able to take advantage of that. Your sword-wielders may have Falcon Slash by now (especially if you levelled up in the Bad Cave using Metal Medleys) which is very helpful.
