The final was played on 26 November 2023 at Páirc Uí Rinn in Cork, between Canovee and Mayfield, in what was their first ever meeting in the final.[1] Canovee won the match by 4-14 to 1-11 to claim their fourth championship title overall and a first title in 16 years.[2][3]
Canovee's Jack Kelleher was the championship's top scorer with 0-19.
